About Revolt
Revolt is London’s first sustainable cycling and wellness studio, where every ride helps power the space around you. Combining indoor cycling, Pilates, yoga, strength, and Infrared saunas, we’re building more than a fitness studio - we’re creating a community centred on movement, sustainability, and exceptional hospitality.
We’re a young, ambitious business with big plans for growth, and we’re looking for someone to match our energy. We want a creative, agile thinker who has a genuine passion for fitness and wants to play a key role in building one of London’s most unique boutique fitness brands.
About the role
You will work closely with our Founder and Marketing Consultant to execute our marketing strategy and bring the Revolt brand to life across social media and community collaborations. You’ll also build strong relationships with our instructors and front-of-house team, encouraging them to contribute to content creation that reflects our distinct brand and energy.
This role is ideal for someone who loves fitness, has experience growing their own social channels (or is an instructor themselves), and wants to gain a deeper understanding of how social media and community initiatives feed into a wider marketing strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
