Social Media (content creation) & Community Executive
Location: UK, Remote / Hybrid London
Hours: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week, spread across 5 days
Reports to: Founder & CEO / Marketing Lead
Start Date: ASAP
THE ROLE
Sachi Skin is a founder-led clinical skincare brand rooted in Ayurvedic heritage, where ancient wisdom meets modern cosmetic science.
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Executive to help Sachi Skin become significantly stronger at organic social.
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely understands Instagram and TikTok, knows what is happening in beauty culture, and enjoys being inside the conversation every day.
You will own the day-to-day running of our social channels: publishing, community engagement, social listening, performance tracking and identifying opportunities for content.
You will work closely with our Brand Editorial & Content Executive and creative team, who help develop the stories, scripts and campaign messaging.
Your job is to make sure those ideas actually live, move and perform on social.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Social Publishing
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
- Maintain the weekly social calendar
- Ensure content goes live accurately, on time and in the correct format
- Adapt captions, hooks and platform copy where needed
- Post Stories and reactive content throughout the week
- Ensure links, tags, product information and calls to action are correct
You should be comfortable using platforms such as Later, Meta Business Suite and native TikTok/Instagram tools.
Community Engagement
This is a major part of the role.
You will:
- Respond to comments, mentions and relevant DMs in the Sachi Skin voice
- Proactively engage with creators, facialists, dermatologists, beauty editors and relevant communities
- Build genuine relationships rather than simply replying with emojis
- Identify loyal customers, advocates and potential creators
- Spot strong customer comments, reviews and conversations that can become content
- Flag interesting partnership, gifting or UGC opportunities to the wider team
We want Sachi Skin to feel like an active participant in the beauty community, not simply a brand broadcasting content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Social Listening & Trend Spotting
You should naturally be watching what is happening across beauty, skincare and culture.
Monitor:
- Emerging skincare conversations
- TikTok and Instagram formats
- Beauty and wellness trends
- Creator conversations
- Dermatologist and facialist content
- Competitor activity
- Customer questions and recurring concerns
Bring relevant opportunities back to the team quickly. We do not want someone who follows every trend. We want someone who can identify:
“This conversation is relevant to Sachi Skin, and here is how we could enter it.”
Weekly Reactive & Light Content Creation
This is not primarily a content-production role, but you should be comfortable creating simple, native social content when speed matters.
This may include:
- Instagram Stories
- Simple TikToks/Reels
- Founder clips
- Trending formats
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Customer comments/reviews
- Simple CapCut edits
- Event and London-based content
For larger content pieces, you will work with our designer and video editor.
Founder & UK Content Support
As a UK-based team member, you will occasionally work directly with Farah to capture founder content.
This could include:
- Filming short founder clips
- Capturing events, treatments or partnerships
- Helping identify natural social moments
- Posting reactive founder content
- Turning conversations or questions into social ideas
You should be comfortable behind a camera and able to direct someone naturally without making content feel overly produced.
Performance
Review performance weekly across:
- Reach
- Views
- Watch time
- Saves
- Shares
- Comments
- Profile visits
- Website clicks
- Relevant conversion signals
Identify what is working and feed those learnings back into the content team.
We care less about complicated reports and more about:
- What worked? Why did it work? What should we make more of?
WHO YOU ARE
- Around 1–3 years' experience in social media, beauty, skincare, wellness or lifestyle
- You have a background in marketing, media communications, journalism, writing, psychology
- Genuinely interested in Instagram and TikTok
- Strong understanding of how people behave on social, not simply how brands schedule posts
- Comfortable engaging with people online every day
- Naturally aware of trends and cultural conversations
- A strong written communicator
- Able to learn and write in an established brand tone of voice
- Comfortable with basic filming and editing
- Fast, organised and reliable
- Commercially aware and interested in what content actually drives
- Genuinely interested in skincare and beauty
