Social Media & Community Executive

About Vida Del Padel

We’re looking for a Social & Community Executive to help bring Vida Del Padel to life every day across our social channels and growing community. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social. You’ll know what’s trending, be confident capturing content on an iPhone, understand what makes people stop scrolling and, most importantly, know how to build genuine engagement around a brand. Working closely with our Brand Manager and Content Producer, you’ll help plan, create and deliver our always-on content, while making sure the VDP community feels just as strong off the court as it does on it.

The Role

Social Media

  • Manage the day-to-day running of VDP’s organic social channels
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms
  • Write engaging, on-brand social copy and captions
  • Manage comments, messages and day-to-day engagement
  • Keep on top of social trends, formats and reactive opportunities
  • Help manage our Instagram Broadcast Channel through regular updates, polls, questions and behind-the-scenes content

Content

  • Work with our Content Producer to build and maintain the monthly content calendar
  • Capture social-first content on iPhone across our clubs, events and activations
  • Create quick-turnaround Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short-form content
  • Provide live social coverage from events, launches and key VDP moments
  • Source and coordinate UGC opportunities
  • Repurpose existing content across relevant channels and formats

Community

  • Help grow and engage the VDP community beyond our social feeds
  • Manage our WhatsApp communities, including conversation, questions, brand updates, event announcements and behind-the-scenes content
  • Coordinate our ambassador community and ongoing ambassador activity
  • Find new ways to get our members involved with the brand and each other

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working Pattern

This is a hybrid, Monday to Friday role, with a mix of office, club and home working. Being there for key VDP moments is an important part of this role. You’ll be required to attend and support VDP events, club launches and activations that take place on weekends when needed, particularly for content capture and live social coverage. Weekend event work will be planned in advance wherever possible, with flexibility around working patterns to accommodate this.

Working at VDP

VDP is a growing business, so collaboration and flexibility are important. While social and community will be the core focus of this role, there will be times when you’ll support the wider Brand and VDP team across campaigns, events, partnerships, club launches and other business activity. We’re looking for someone who is happy to get involved, adapt as the brand grows and contribute beyond their immediate day-to-day responsibilities when needed.

About Vida Del Padel

Vida Del Padel is a padel business with ambitions beyond the court. We create great places to play padel, but our ambition is to build something people want to be part of beyond their court booking.

Our world is built around Performance, Wellness and Social, with natural crossover between all three. From the way people play and the events they attend to the content they engage with, the communities they join and the merch they wear, we want VDP to become part of their lifestyle. At the heart of it all is a simple idea: great padel, great people and a community people want to belong to.
