Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, self-starting Social Media & Community Manager to oversee the social strategy and delivery for Truck, Tramlines and Y Not. Working closely with the respective show Marketing Managers, the successful candidate will lead on social delivery across all channels, specifically Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and will take full ownership of the social calendar across all 3 shows.

The social strategy for all 3 shows forms part of the larger marketing plan, meaning social delivery must support large scale festival announcements and key event messaging, whilst also facilitating strong communities within each festival brand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively ideate and develop social media content inspired by current trends to grow followers and increase engagement.
  • Select and create engaging social media assets, writing platform-native copy tailored to each channel, show and audience.
  • Adapt content format, length, tone and style to suit each social media platform and individual show.
  • Schedule and publish all social media content using our preferred scheduling tool, Plannable.
  • Lead end-to-end community management across all social media channels, responding to comments and fostering meaningful audience engagement.
  • Create and publish Stories, Reels and short-form video content to drive engagement and build community.
  • Work closely with the central creative team, using provided assets to develop engaging social content, while leveraging your own design and video editing skills to create or adapt content independently during peak periods.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance weekly, providing actionable insights to Marketing and Event Managers on what’s working and identifying opportunities for improvement.
