This is a flexible, part-time role of a few hours a week, rewarded with equity. It suits someone who’s already active in the startup, product or sustainability space and wants a meaningful stake in a company they help build.
What you’ll do
Schedule and manage content
- Plan and publish a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn and X, drawing on studio insights, case studies, and product updates, adapted to each platform.
Engage with founders and businesses
- Show up where our audience is — commenting, replying, and joining threads to build genuine relationships with founders, operators, investors, and sustainability leaders.
Monitor trends and spot opportunities
- Keep a finger on the pulse of startups, product, AI, and sustainability, and flag timely topics, collaborations, and events we should be part of.

- Keep a simple view of reach, engagement, and follower growth, and log promising conversations and inbound interest so they can be followed up.

What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience growing a brand or personal presence on LinkedIn and/or X
- A natural, credible voice when talking with founders and business owners
- Interest in startups, product, tech, or sustainability — ideally all four
- Organised and self-directed, comfortable working asynchronously with light-touch check-ins
- Comfortable with scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Typefully, or native analytics

Nice to have
- An existing network in the UK startup ecosystem
- Experience with community building or B2B lead generation
