About the Role

You will own Scriveiner's social media presence and community engagement end to end, covering content development and scheduling, community management, campaign support, influencer partnerships, ambassador recruitment, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Scriveiner's Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn presence, keeping each channel active, consistent, and growing.
  • Develop platform-specific content ideas, captions, briefs, and social copy while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Manage comments, direct messages, inbound engagement, and the Scriveiner Facebook community group.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and potential brand partners.
  • Coordinate the influencer gifting programme and review or negotiate relevant proposals and partnership agreements.
  • Support campaign and shoot planning through mood boards, production coordination, scheduling, and asset management.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, emerging platforms, and new content opportunities.
  • Track growth, engagement, reach, saves, conversions, influencer activity, and return on investment, turning the results into actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience owning social media platforms and growing audiences in a social media, community, or influencer marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing online communities, including Facebook Groups or similar.
  • Experience managing influencers and ambassadors from identification and outreach through negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
  • Strong creative instincts and an eye for effective design, content, culture, and social trends.
  • Excellent written communication skills across captions, direct messages, briefs, and other social content.
  • Confidence using analytics to evaluate performance and improve content and channel decisions.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to coordinate multiple projects across a busy team.
  • Familiarity with content creation and scheduling tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe, plus professional-level English and openness to emerging AI tools.

Experience with premium, lifestyle, gifting, or luxury brands is strongly preferred. Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy, gifting programmes, affiliate recruitment, founder-led content, or stationery and adjacent lifestyle categories would also be valuable.
