Role: Social Media Community Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: $15 - $20/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Community Manager to work on a full-time basis. The role involves moderating user-generated content, fostering engagement, and ensuring a positive experience for participants across digital platforms. Building and sustaining community relationships is central to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moderate forum discussions, social media channels, and member-generated content to maintain a respectful and constructive environment.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to grow active participation and user retention within the community.
  • Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor platform metrics and community health indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
