Office: All geos

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Community Marketing Manager for our F2P mobile titles. You’ll independently own our social channels, plan and run campaigns around product updates and in-game events, and grow community engagement through data-driven experiments, viral formats, and influencer and partner collaborations. You’ll work closely with Brand, Design, Video, Analytics, and Product teams to turn ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp
  • Plan communications around product updates, in-game events, and community activities
  • Develop and launch campaigns, surveys, activations, and real-time/reactive communications
  • Build and analyze community funnels: posts, deep links, promo codes, in-game actions, traffic, and conversions
  • Prepare briefs for the Brand Editor, Designers, and the video team; ensure quality control of all assets before publishing
  • Analyze competitors, trends, and user feedback; propose new formats and ideas
  • Grow YouTube: define content pillars/series, maintain a content calendar, coordinate production, publish, and analyze performance
  • Source and manage influencers, gaming communities, and partners; launch and evaluate collaborations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
