A dynamic and innovative company specialising in digital community engagement and brand growth is seeking driven individuals to join their expanding remote team.
The Role
- Manage client inboxes and online community interactions
- Build positive relationships with subscribers and followers
- Follow communication strategies and sales guidelines
- Organise and categorise digital content
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with the management team to achieve client goals

What You'll Need
- Excellent written communication skills
