A dynamic and innovative company specialising in digital community engagement and brand growth is seeking driven individuals to join their expanding remote team.

The Role

  • Manage client inboxes and online community interactions
  • Build positive relationships with subscribers and followers
  • Follow communication strategies and sales guidelines
  • Organise and categorise digital content
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve client goals
