The Panel Company is a leading distributor of wall panelling and flooring, operating in a fast-paced and dynamic ecommerce environment. Over the last 10 years, we’ve experienced rapid growth. We're not stopping, we feel we've only just started.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Content Manager to take ownership of how The Panel Company looks, feels and communicates across our digital channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong eye for content, imagery and creative concepts. You’ll work closely with our design and performance marketing teams to develop fresh, engaging content that strengthens our brand and helps drive ecommerce growth.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Website Content & Imagery – Own the quality and consistency of content across our website, ensuring copy, imagery and creative assets are engaging, on-brand and follow ecommerce best practice.
- Social Content Strategy – Develop and manage our organic social content strategy, identifying new ideas, formats and opportunities to grow engagement and strengthen the brand.
- Paid Social Creative – Research competitors, trends and winning creative approaches, working closely with our design team to develop a constant pipeline of fresh concepts for our performance marketing team to test and scale.
- UGC & Creator Content – Source and build relationships with UGC creators, customers and influencers to generate authentic, high-quality content for use across paid and organic channels.
- Creative Direction – Help shape how our products and brand are presented, continually raising the standard of our photography, video and digital content.
- Content Planning – Own the content calendar around product launches, campaigns, seasonal opportunities and key trading periods.

You should have a strong understanding of what makes great ecommerce and social content, with an instinct for spotting trends and turning ideas into content that performs.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong creative eye and high standards for content
- Understands social media, paid social and ecommerce
- Can generate and develop fresh creative concepts
- Is comfortable managing UGC and creator relationships
- Is organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Uses competitor and performance insights to improve creative
- Brings energy, ideas and momentum to the team
- Is proactive, commercially minded and focused on getting things done
