Role Description
The Social Media Content Apprentice role is an on-site internship based in London. The apprentice will support the creation, planning, and publishing of social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, showcasing Kings Gyms’ facilities, training culture, and member success stories.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Capturing photo and video content in the gym
- Writing engaging captions
- Assisting with content calendars
- Monitoring basic performance metrics
The role also involves collaborating with trainers and staff to highlight classes, events, and promotions, while ensuring brand consistency and a positive online community presence. This position offers hands-on training in social media content production and fitness marketing within a high-performance environment.

- Ability to create and edit basic photo and video content suitable for social media platforms.
- Strong written communication skills, including clear, engaging captions and short-form copywriting.
- Interest in social media trends, fitness culture, and community engagement.
- Organizational skills to help plan content calendars and meet posting schedules.
- Comfort working on-site in a busy gym environment and collaborating with a diverse team.
- Enthusiasm for strength training, fitness, or healthier living; prior gym experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop skills in digital marketing and brand storytelling.
