Minka Dink London is a fast-growing female fashion brand creating versatile, timeless pieces designed to be worn and loved season after season. We are at an exciting stage of growth, with our team expanding, our collections growing and our community continuing to reach new audiences. As the brand enters its next chapter, we are looking for an outgoing, camera-confident Social Media & Content Assistant to help bring Minka Dink to life across our social channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand at a pivotal stage, with the chance to be the face and creative energy behind our content, help grow our community, and play a key role in how Minka Dink is seen and experienced.
THE ROLE
The Social Media & Content Assistant will be at the heart of Minka Dink's day-to-day content - on camera, on trend, and full of ideas. You will help bring our social strategy to life through TikTok-first, aesthetic content that feels current and true to the brand, assisting on shoots and supporting with editing along the way. You will know what is happening on TikTok before anyone else on the team, always experimenting with new formats and trends, and unafraid to put yourself in front of the camera to do it. We are looking for someone outgoing, with a natural instinct for what looks good and what performs - someone who brings energy to everything they create!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
On-Camera Content & Trends
- Be a confident, engaging presence on camera across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form formats
- Stay constantly on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats, and bring ideas for how Minka Dink can make them our own
- Generate a steady stream of fresh content ideas, from quick trend-led pieces to more considered brand moments
Content Creation & Editing
- Film and edit short-form video content, keeping pace with fast-moving platforms while staying true to the Minka Dink aesthetic
- Take raw footage from shoots and turn it into polished, on-brand content ready to post
- Maintain a strong aesthetic eye across everything you create
- Always maintain brand consistency - keep content visually and tonally consistent with Minka Dink's brand guidelines - colour palette, styling, and voice
Photoshoot Assistance
- Assist on photoshoots and video shoots, from small in-studio days and low-key UGC content to larger location shoots and campaigns
- Support with setup, styling, behind-the-scenes content, and coordination on shoot days
- Work closely with the wider content and social team to keep shoots running smoothly
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing & Content Assistant on content plans and shot lists
- Support in-person activations such as pop-ups and events, bringing on-the-ground, in-the-moment content coverage
- Contribute ideas into the wider content and social strategy

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
You may have 1-3 years of experience or be at the very start of your career. What matters most is a natural talent for creating social-first content, a confident, outgoing and enthusiastic personality and being genuinely comfortable in front of the camera.
- Always across TikTok trends, sounds, and formats, with instincts for what is about to take off
- A strong aesthetic eye and an understanding of the "Minka Dink style"
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Comfortable both being in front of the camera and supporting behind the scenes on shoots
- A genuine interest in fashion and social media
- Reliable, proactive, and happy to get stuck in
INFORMATION
- Full time, permanent role
- Reports to: Marketing Manager
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: 4 days a week in our office in SW London (Fulham Broadway/Imperial Wharf)
- Generous annual product allowance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Salary dependent on role fit & experience
