We’re looking for a creative, social-obsessed Social Media & Content Assistant who wants to get hands-on with TikTok, Instagram, filming, editing and content creation. If you’re constantly saving TikTok sounds, spotting trends and thinking “we could do that” - this could be your next move.
💄 About Justmylook Justmylook is a fast-moving, social-first beauty retailer bringing together some of the biggest beauty brands, cult favourites and exciting new discoveries. They’re growing their social team and looking for someone who can help keep their channels fresh, engaging and full of content people actually want to watch.
🎥 What you’ll be doing This is a genuinely hands-on social role where you’ll be creating, filming, editing and publishing content, while supporting wider influencer and PR activity.
You’ll:
- Create short-form content for TikTok and Instagram, including trend-led, product-focused and UGC content
- Come up with ideas to keep daily social content fresh
- Film independently and alongside the wider social team
- Support larger content shoots and filming days
- Edit Reels, TikToks and other short-form video
- Add captions, text, music, transitions and other creative edits
- Support content around PR outreach, influencer activity, gifting and events
- Help manage the social content calendar, scheduling and captions
- Keep footage and social assets organised

👀 What experience are they looking for? You’ll ideally have:
- Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram
- Experience filming and editing short-form video
- Confidence using editing tools
- A strong understanding of trends, sounds and platform formats
- Experience creating trend-led, product-focused or UGC-style content
- An interest in beauty, influencers and social media
- Confidence both in front of and behind the camera
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive approach with plenty of ideas
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
