Salary: circa £30,000 per annum
Works with: Clubs, Operations Director, CEO and Marketing Team
Working across the club estate, with regular club visits for content capture and campaign delivery.
About Soul Padel
We welcome everyone to the court to meet, play and connect. Soul Padel is building a growing network of accessible, community-focused padel clubs. Our marketing should reflect the energy of our clubs and help more people discover the game, book a session and keep coming back.
The Role
This is a broad, practical marketing role for someone with creative flair, an entrepreneurial mindset and the initiative to get things done. You will help deliver new-club launches, local campaigns, events, player communications and everyday marketing across our growing club estate.
You will be comfortable getting into clubs, picking up your phone to capture everyday content, creating materials in Canva and making sure our programmes are promoted clearly. You will help club teams understand what good looks like and turn ideas into activity that attracts players and encourages bookings. Social and content are a significant part of the role alongside wider marketing coordination. You will work closely with our social agencies, which retain responsibility for social strategy and the bigger campaign pieces.
Club launches and local marketing
- Coordinate the practical delivery of new-club launches and opening campaigns, keeping timelines, local assets, communications and agency inputs on track.
- Use Canva to create and adapt flyers, posters, signage, in-club screens, social assets and materials for local programmes, following our brand guidelines.
- Help organise and promote open days, events and local activations, working with club teams on materials, communications and delivery.
- Adapt central campaigns for local use and support routine programme promotion with clear messages and calls to action.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How the Role Works within the Team
The Head of Brand & Marketing sets commercial priorities and overall campaign direction, owns CRM and performance analysis, and connects agency activity to business goals. You contribute ideas and coordinate delivery with the marketing team, clubs, Operations Director and CEO.
Our social agencies retain the strategic role in social and lead the bigger campaign pieces. You coordinate with them, capture everyday club content and deliver agreed activity. Specialist design, photography, video, PR and paid media support remain available where needed.
Club teams lead local relationships, community engagement and business outreach, and contribute content and routine programme promotion. You support them through a planned marketing calendar, practical guidance and shared assets, with priorities agreed centrally.
What Success Looks Like
Well-coordinated launches and events, timely local materials, accurate club information and relevant player communications, alongside a reliable flow of authentic content. Success will be assessed against agreed delivery targets and the contribution of activity to enquiries, bookings and repeat visits, using the data available.
