The Social & Content Creator sits within the Ecommerce & Digital team and plays a key role in leading and owning the Social Media Strategy, developing, creating, and translating brand creative into high-performing, platform-native digital content.

About the Role

This role works closely with the Creative/Brand team to develop and adapt campaign shoots, lookbooks, and brand assets into engaging social content, video edits, email creative, homepage assets, and paid media formats. It is a social-first, video-led role — but with strong graphic design capability to support ecommerce performance and digital campaigns. You will act as the bridge between brand storytelling and digital execution.

Responsibilities

Social & Video Content (Primary Focus)

  • Own social media strategy and content calendar.
  • Develop concepts from inception: research, scope, produce, edit, and deliver short-form videos and images based content across channels (including reels, TikTok, Stories, paid social).
  • Adapt brand campaign footage and imagery into platform-native formats.
  • Develop trend-led, reactive, and campaign-aligned content.
  • Plan and schedule social content in line with trading priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
