Are you a trend-obsessed storyteller who knows how to capture attention in the first three seconds of a scroll? Profiles Creative is on the lookout for a talented, camera-confident Social Media Content Creator to bring a fresh, edgy, and high-energy dynamic to work for one of our most exciting beauty and accessories clients!

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract working 3 to 4 days per week, with a very real opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time role for the right person. Operating on a flexible hybrid model (combining remote work with 2–3 collaborative days in the office each week), you will take full ownership of our social channels—concepting, filming, and editing stand-out short-form video and lifestyle content that truly resonates.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Content Production: Script, shoot, edit, and produce bold, highly engaging video and visual content tailored primarily for social media platforms.
  • Be the Face & Voice: Step comfortably in front of the camera to host, present, and create authentic, trend-driven pieces that hook our audience.
  • Trend Spotting & Strategy: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, and emerging platform features, rapidly translating them into creative brand moments.
  • Diverse Asset Creation: Develop a wide variety of content styles ranging from polished branding assets to raw, fast-moving lifestyle and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Autonomous Delivery: Manage your own production pipeline independently from initial idea to final edit, delivering top-tier work with minimal supervision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
