Role Description

The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing engaging content across social media platforms to promote Park Square Clinic’s services and brand. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Planning content calendars
  • Creating posts (copy, images, short videos, stories, and reels)
  • Aligning content with marketing campaigns and clinic promotions

The Social Media Content Creator will collaborate with the clinical and marketing teams to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant with relevant guidelines, while tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Skills in social media content creation, including writing clear, engaging copy and developing visual concepts suitable for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Skills in digital and content marketing, including basic knowledge of campaign planning, audience targeting, and using analytics tools to evaluate performance.
  • Skills in visual media production, such as basic photography, video shooting, and editing for short-form content, as well as familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar).
  • Skills in community management and brand communication, including responding professionally to inquiries, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and handling sensitive topics with care.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry; strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently in a remote setting; and familiarity with SEO principles and paid social media campaigns.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required; a portfolio or examples of previous social media work are strongly recommended.
