This is an employed, in-house role based at our Dorchester HQ. We’re not looking for agencies or freelancers. 30 hours a week, salary dependent on experience, with genuine room to grow as the business does.
Driving licence required as travel to events expected.
MAYSTON is one of the UK’s fastest-growing equestrian clothing brands, and we’re looking for 2 experienced Content Creators to join our in-house media team.
Over the last three years we’ve grown rapidly, and we’re only just getting started. With our European distribution hub launching shortly, exciting product launches planned and major equestrian events across the country, there’s never been a better time to join us. We’re looking for someone who can create premium, engaging content that tells a story, grows a community and helps take MAYSTON to the next level.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning, filming and editing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Working directly alongside our founder on dedicated weekly shoot days.
- Capturing content for both the MAYSTON brand and the founder’s personal social media channels.
- Photographing and filming product launches, horses, behind-the-scenes moments, events and day-to-day business life.
- Editing short-form videos, photography and campaign content to a consistently high standard.
- Helping plan content calendars and launch campaigns.
- Bringing fresh creative ideas while ensuring all content reflects the MAYSTON brand.
- Working closely with our Paid Media & Performance Marketing Specialist to create content that not only looks great but delivers results.

About you
You must have at least two years’ professional experience creating social media content for a brand or business.
You must be confident with:
- Professional photography and videography.
- Editing short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
- Adobe Lightroom and professional editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or CapCut).
- Planning and running content shoots.
- Understanding what makes social media content perform.
- Working independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Most importantly, you’re creative, organised and proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to film - you spot opportunities, bring ideas to the table and enjoy creating content that people genuinely want to watch.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be creating content from behind a desk all day. You’ll be out on location, behind the camera, in the studio, at horse shows, around horses and alongside the founder, bringing the MAYSTON story to life.
