KÍLÈNTÁR is looking for its next face (and loudest voice)
Content Creator & Face of the Brand - London (UK-based welcome)
Applicant which won’t send an email with the examples won’t be considered
KÍLÈNTÁR is a premium fashion house rooted in West African craft and built for the internet. We're looking for someone to become the face and voice of the brand - the person our audience recognises, follows, and screenshots to send to their group chat.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You'll be on camera, on trend, and on it - making weekly content that stops the scroll.
What you'll do
- Create and star in weekly content: reels, trends, talking-to-camera, whatever the internet is doing this week (and whatever it's about to do next).
- Be the face and voice of KÍLÈNTÁR - styling the pieces, talking about them, bringing personality to all of it.
- Pitch the ideas, not just film them. We want your brain as much as your face.
- Move fast, catch trends early, and bend them into something unmistakably KÍLÈNTÁR.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who you are
- Chronically online. You know the trend before it trends and the sound before it blows up.
- Genuinely obsessed with fashion, style and luxury - you have taste, and you have opinions.
- Completely at ease putting yourself out there. Camera-shy is not the vibe.
- An ideas person who'd rather pitch something bold and slightly chaotic than something safe and polished. We will take the crazy idea over the tidy one every time.
- Confident on camera and in your own voice.
