GUSH

GUSH is a new generation of women's wellness, making cycle-synced gummy supplements for every phase of your menstrual cycle. We're here to make understanding your body less complicated, more accessible and a whole lot more fun.

We're building a brand that talks about periods, hormones and women's health without the jargon or outdated taboos.

Our mission? To help people feel like themselves, every bloody day.

And we're looking for someone creative, ambitious and a little bit obsessed with social media to help us bring GUSH to life.

The role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who gets the internet, knows what makes people stop scrolling and wants to help build a brand from the ground up.

This isn't just about scheduling posts and keeping our Instagram looking pretty. We want someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table, spot trends and create content that gets people talking.

You'll work closely with our team to shape GUSH's social presence, grow our community and make some noise in the women's wellness space.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
