Social Media Content Creator
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media Content Creator based in United Kingdom.
This role is designed for a creative marketing professional who can transform ideas into engaging social media content that drives brand visibility and audience engagement.
You will create and manage content across key platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, with a focus on reaching B2B audiences.
The position combines creativity, storytelling, editing, and data analysis to support impactful digital marketing initiatives.
You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content aligned with brand goals and business objectives.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, knows how to communicate complex ideas effectively, and can adapt strategies based on performance insights.

Accountabilities
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, editing, and managing engaging digital content across multiple platforms while supporting broader marketing objectives. This role requires strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Create and produce high-quality social media content tailored for B2B audiences across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop engaging visual concepts, narratives, and content formats that strengthen brand presence and audience connection.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage social media publishing activities, including content scheduling, platform updates, and engagement monitoring.
- Track social media trends and identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience reach.
- Analyze engagement metrics and use insights to optimize content strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team members to create cohesive campaigns and digital experiences.
- Support ongoing content planning initiatives and contribute creative ideas for new marketing opportunities.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has proven experience creating social media content within a B2B marketing environment, combining creativity with analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
- 4+ years of experience creating and editing content for social media and professional platforms.
- Experience developing B2B marketing content and communicating with business audiences.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and social media best practices.
- Ability to create compelling visuals, written content, and storytelling assets aligned with brand messaging.
- Experience analyzing social media performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent editing and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to evolving trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
