Company Description

Saro Entertainment is an independent music and entertainment company working across artist development, music releases, content, and live experiences. We are currently growing the audience and visual world around Mukhy, an independent UK artist blending rap, Afroswing, and alternative sounds.

As part of this, we're looking for a creative, culturally aware Content Creator who understands short-form content and can help audiences get to know the personality behind the artist.

Role Description

We're looking for a Content Creator to plan, shoot, and edit weekly social media content for Mukhy's main and secondary social media accounts.

Our wider team already produces traditional artist content including music videos, photoshoots, and performances. This role is different: we want someone who can create engaging, personality-led content that gives people a reason to stop scrolling and feel like they know Mukhy.

The role follows a simple weekly process:

  • Plan remotely
  • Shoot in person
  • Edit & deliver remotely

The Content Creator will:

  • Plan creative concepts ahead of each weekly shoot, including hooks, props, outfits, locations, and any additional people/models required
  • Decide how current songs and releases can be creatively incorporated into the content
  • Attend one 2–3 hour in-person content shoot per week with Mukhy in London, with a clear plan already prepared
  • Shoot approximately 6–8 strong, usable videos per session
  • Edit and deliver the final videos remotely following each shoot
  • Develop content that balances personality, humour, culture, and the wider Mukhy brand
  • Ensure each piece of content has a strong hook, vibe, and connection to the music or artist brand
  • Experiment with different formats and ideas to understand what audiences respond to

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We're not looking for someone who arrives on the day and decides what to film. Planning and creative ideation are a core part of the role. This reflects the original brief's emphasis that the plan should be prepared before the session begins.

The position is a freelance contract role, with planning and editing completed remotely and one weekly in-person shoot with Mukhy.

Compensation is £60 per week, with additional performance-based bonuses available for content that demonstrates exceptional reach, engagement, or impact.

Qualifications

Formal qualifications aren't essential. We're much more interested in your ideas, creativity, and understanding of social media culture.

  • Be organized and able to plan shoots independently in advance
  • Be confident directing an artist on camera and communicating creative ideas

Previous experience in content creation, videography, or social media is useful, but not essential.

This role would particularly suit a student, emerging content creator, or early-career creative looking to build practical experience and a portfolio within music and entertainment.

A portfolio, personal TikTok/Instagram account, or examples of content you've previously created would be particularly valuable.
