About FieldGoods

Launched in 2022 by brothers Elliot & Sam, FieldGoods is a sustainable food company on a mission to reinvent frozen.

Frozen has a reputation problem. Birds Eye have moved the needle on peas, but the broader aisle still languishes — nearly half of consumers associate frozen food with heavy processing and additives. That perception gap is exactly where FieldGoods lives.

Our recipes are all written by Elliot and every bit of food is handmade by a wonderful team of chefs, with real ingredients, frozen fresh. Every part of the supply chain is handled with care: free-range meat, regenerative flour, sustainably sourced fish, to name a few. The mission is simple but ambitious — flip the script on frozen entirely, and make the freezer aisle what it should be: a more delicious, more nutritious, less wasteful alternative to chilled. FieldGoods is for the love of food, and we won't hear anything else.

About the Role

We’re looking for a brilliant content creator 2 days per week. Your mission will be to create on brand content that brings our mission to life. You’ll immediately get the FieldGoods tone of voice - both visual and written - and be able to bring your own flair to it.

You’ll be passionate about food, full of ideas and don’t take yourself too seriously. You’ll be working with the whole team - from our chefs & at events, to our founders & stockists. The key to all of it is being able to make highly creative content at pace, unafraid to get stuck in with everyone.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Be confident both in front of the camera, and behind it - capturing high quality food & cooking content, sometimes featuring you!
  • Plan your time to create content either remotely - eg. at home food content, or out & about with stockists; or in the office - eg. with founders, or in our production kitchen.

About you

  • You’ve got hands-on experience with editing software - we use Canva & CapCut. Adobe or beyond is a bonus.
  • You have a good quality phone camera on which to capture content. A camera/videocamera would be a bonus.
  • You absolutely love being creative and are inspired by ideas you spot from all kinds of places.
  • You care deeply about food, sustainability, and building something from the ground up.
  • You love working with people, and are unfazed about encouraging them to work with you for content ideas.

Experience

There is no hard and fast here - if you’re right for the role, you're right for the role. As a guide we would look for 1-2 years experience with content creation in some form - be it for a brand or something personal.

This is a role for someone passionate about making their creative mark for a brand. You love what you’ve seen from FieldGoods and you’re bursting with ideas about what you could do with it. The key is that you both have the ideas and can execute them end to end.

We are looking for the right attitude as much as the right experience. If you cover most bases but not all, we would still love to hear from you.

Progression & what's in it for you

This is a highly creative role, on the front line of what goes out on our social media channels. You’ll be shaping the next era of FieldGoods and the need for brilliant content is only going to grow as the business grows. This role can evolve from 2 days a week to much more, for the right person.
