Joining Resolution Communications means becoming part of a collaborative team where creativity, strategy and storytelling go hand in hand. Working closely with the account management team, you'll take ownership of social content, across multiple client accounts, create work that builds brands, engages audiences and delivers measurable results.
This role presents an opportunity to help shape an area of growth for our agency. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, influence how we deliver and help to evolve our social offering. Supported by an experienced team, you’ll have the freedom to bring ideas and challenge convention.
The right candidate will respect brand guidelines whilst identifying fresh ideas. You will be involved in planning, capturing and editing content for our clients and play a key role in growing Resolution’s social presence.

Based in Stockton-on-Tees, you’ll work with a varied portfolio of brands, supported by an in-house team, a network of creative partners and a collaborative culture.
WHAT’LL YOU BE DOING
- Creating, filming and editing engaging social-first content for a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
- Producing short-form video content optimised for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
- Managing Resolution’s social media channels and helping to showcase our work, culture, expertise and personality.
- Attending client sites to capture photography and video content, including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and event coverage.
- Editing video, imagery and graphics using industry-standard creative software to produce content that feels authentic to each brand and platform.
- Working with the wider marketing and PR team to develop creative concepts, content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Writing engaging captions and supporting copy that reflects each client's brand tone and objectives.
- Staying ahead of platform updates, emerging trends and reactive opportunities to keep clients visible and relevant.
- Collaborating closely with account managers to ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Supporting clients during content capture sessions and helping them feel confident on camera.
- Monitoring content performance and using insights to continually refine and improve future content.
- Building positive relationships with clients through regular communication and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.

SKILLS & TALENT
- Experience creating content and managing social media, ideally within an agency or marketing environment.
- Strong experience planning, filming and editing engaging short-form video content.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar, alongside confidence using Canva.
- Strong photography and videography skills, with experience capturing content using smartphones and professional cameras for visual storytelling.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands and audiences.
- A solid understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, with an awareness of how content performs across each platform.
- A naturally curious and trend aware mindset with the confidence to react quickly and identify new opportunities.
- Confidence both behind and in front of the camera when required.
- Experience using social media scheduling, reporting and analytics tools.
- The ability to interpret performance data and use insights to improve future content.
- Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- A collaborative approach, bringing ideas to creative sessions and working closely with colleagues across the agency.
- Confidence working directly with clients and representing Resolution professionally.
- A proactive, self motivated attitude and a genuine passion for creating work that delivers results.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations.
