Role Description
The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility to work part of the week from home. In this role, the individual will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and connect with creative professionals and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, producing written, visual, and short-form video content, and optimizing posts for each platform’s best practices. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor performance metrics, respond to audience engagement, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with campaigns and brand voice. The role also involves staying up to date with social trends, experimenting with new formats, and supporting broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to create engaging social media content, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video.
- Experience managing social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) and using scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong storytelling skills and an understanding of tone of voice for creative and professional audiences.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting and content performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between office and remote work.
- Comfort collaborating with recruiters, marketers, and creative professionals to develop content ideas.
- Prior experience in social media, content creation, or marketing (agency or in-house) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the creative industries, and enthusiasm for design, advertising, media, or related fields.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related discipline is an advantage but not mandatory.
