Part-Time Social Content Creator

BOA Marketing — London | Freelance / Contract

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Social Content Creator to create engaging, social-first content across our portfolio of London restaurants, bars and hospitality brands.

You’ll be responsible for taking monthly campaign themes, menu launches, events and cultural moments and turning them into engaging short-form content — primarily shot and edited on iPhone for Instagram and TikTok.

You’ll independently lead content capture on shoots, develop original and trend-led concepts, confidently direct talent and restaurant teams, and create content that feels native to social rather than overly produced.

What You’ll Do

  • Shoot high-quality content on iPhone across our London hospitality clients
  • Turn campaign themes, menu launches, events and cultural moments into strong social-first concepts
  • Develop original ideas alongside reactive and trend-led content
  • Edit and deliver your own Reels and TikToks
  • Create content with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling
  • Confidently direct chefs, founders, staff and talent on camera
  • Spot spontaneous content opportunities while on location
  • Capture behind-the-scenes, atmosphere and reactive content where appropriate
  • Independently lead social-first content shoots
  • Stay on top of emerging formats, trends and platform behaviour

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
