The Role

We're hiring for a founder in our network who's launching a community marketplace, and needs someone to build their presence from scratch.

The product is in MVP stage. The audience doesn't exist yet. Your job is to build it. If you've grown accounts, made content that actually lands, and want to do that for something being built in real time, this is for you.

  • Create and run content across TikTok and Instagram
  • Build an audience around a product that's still being shaped
  • Work directly with the founder on messaging, creative direction, and campaigns
  • Test what works, cut what doesn't, move fast
  • Help tell the story of something being built from zero
