Content Creator — BELIER

Manchester

About the Role

BELIER is looking for a Content Creator to shape how the brand shows up on social — sharp, editorial, and unmistakably ours. This is a hands-on role: you'll be planning shoots one day and in front of the camera the next, turning product into story and story into content people actually stop for.

You live in the culture. You know what's about to trend before it does. You've got an eye that can spot the difference between "content" and BELIER content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create short-form video for organic and paid social — styling edits, GRWMs, product features, trend-led concepts, and brand storytelling.
  • Be confident on camera, carrying content solo when needed.
  • Shoot and edit high-quality footage using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Develop creative concepts that hold BELIER's tone and translate across campaigns.
  • Track culture and trends, and know which ones are worth BELIER's time.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes across shoots, campaigns, events, and everyday brand life.
  • Partner with the Head of Content to deliver work that lands for launches, drops, and seasonal moments.
  • Contribute to monthly content planning with fresh ideas, not just execution.
  • Support day-to-day posting across social channels.
  • Keep every piece of content true to BELIER's visual identity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
