🌈 Volunteer Social Media & Content Assistant – Out & About Socials
Love travel, social media, and the LGBTQ+ community? This could be for you. ✈️

Out & About Socials is a growing travel and social community creating hosted group trips and experiences for LGBTQ+ women — designed to help people travel, make new friends, and feel part of a genuine community.
I’m looking for a creative person to come on board and help bring Out & About to life across TikTok and Instagram, starting with our upcoming trip to Greece this September! 🇬🇷☀️
🇬🇷 Greece: 18–23 September
For this opportunity, you must be available to travel to Greece from 18–23 September 2026.
You’ll join us on the trip, experience Out & About first-hand, and help capture all the fun, friendships, and little moments that make the trips what they are.
Your accommodation and included excursions/activities will be fully covered by Out & About Socials.

You would just need to arrange and pay for your own return flights to Greece, plus any personal spending or extras outside of what’s included in the trip.

🌈 Who I’m looking for
Because Out & About is specifically built around the LGBTQ+ women’s community, a genuine understanding of and connection to the community is really important.
Lived experience within the LGBTQ+ community is strongly preferred. I’d love someone who naturally understands our audience, culture, and humour and who would feel completely comfortable being part of the group.
You don’t need years of professional social media experience. I’m much more interested in finding someone who is:
- Creative and naturally good at social media
- Confident using TikTok and Instagram
- Comfortable filming and capturing content around a group
- Friendly, sociable, and confident meeting new people
- Full of ideas and happy to take initiative
- Reliable and genuinely excited about what we’re building
- Passionate about travel and the LGBTQ+ community 🌈

💗 The important bit
This is currently an unpaid, voluntary opportunity.
In return, you’ll get hands-on experience creating content for a growing LGBTQ+ travel brand, plenty of work for your portfolio, creative freedom, a professional reference, and the opportunity to join us in Greece with your accommodation and included excursions covered. 🇬🇷🫶🏼
