Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Nottinghamshire. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase the hospital’s services, patient-centered values, and community involvement. The role involves working with clinical and administrative teams to gather stories, updates, and educational material, while ensuring all content adheres to privacy, regulatory, and brand guidelines. The successful candidate will analyze performance metrics, adjust content strategies based on insights, and contribute ideas to campaigns that promote patient trust and hospital awareness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in social media content creation, including short-form video production, basic photography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and scheduling/analytics tools.
- Proficiency with basic photo/video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar (e.g., InShot, Adobe Express) for quick content creation and editing.
- Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, concise, and accessible posts and captions.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, brand voice, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and adherence to confidentiality, privacy, and healthcare communication standards.

Relevant experience in healthcare, education, or a regulated environment is an advantage.
Preferred qualifications include a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
