A Bit about the opportunity
This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity, three brands and a founder's platform, still being shaped, with real room for your creative fingerprints on how they look and feel.
- Serial founder: Our Founder has already built and run multiple businesses, including one with 10 years of trading history behind it, so you're backing proven experience, not a first-time bet
- Guided autonomy: real freedom in execution and ideation, working with our Marketing Creative Director to keep messaging and brand identity unified across accounts
- Startup energy: small, close-knit, collaborative and friendly, not corporate
- Built-in growth: a clear career path, a great step in owning social across every account, and building your own team as we scale
- It's about initiative: no need to tick every box, just be capable, hungry, and quick to learn
What You'll Do
Core of the role: ideas, strategy, and content that performs. Channel upkeep is part of it, but most of the energy goes into creating, strategising, and directing on-brand social content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
