About Studio BlueGreen

Studio BlueGreen is nature's entertainment studio. We make nature entertaining so people notice it. We create social-first entertainment formats rooted in music, comedy, film, TV and fashion, with a long-term ambition to extend into traditional entertainment platforms. We're a not-for-profit with big ambitions and a growing team, entering our next chapter.

The role

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes conversation and community to power our social engine. You wake up excited by culture, spend far too much time on TikTok (for research, obviously), know what's making people laugh more than the algorithm does and believe entertaining content can connect people with the joy of nature. You'll manage Studio BlueGreen's always-on social output across Instagram and TikTok, turning cultural moments, audience insights and nature into entertainment people want to engage with. From reactive memes and funny edits to spotting trends, writing standout copy and creating quick turn-around content yourself, you'll keep Studio BlueGreen relevant in the feed.

What you'll do

  • Own the day-to-day running of the always-on social content engine
  • Come up with great social ideas and generate content based on trends, social conversations, insights and audience behaviour.
  • Create quick, lo-fi content yourself across video and statics.
  • Write witty, unexpected copy that feels native to each platform.
  • Partner on content calendars that balance planned content with reactive opportunities and cultural moments.
  • Grow engaged audiences, not just followers. Foster genuine conversation and spot opportunities for community participation, in collaboration with the SBG team.
  • Test formats, hooks, posting strategies and creative approaches. Review performance of always content and use insights to improve. Share your learnings with the broader content team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
