Grapple Law provides an AI lawyer for individuals dealing with consumer legal issues. Since launching in September 2025, it has reached 6,000 monthly active users and secured around £1.5 million in successful settlements for clients. Its vision is to expand into every area of consumer law in the UK and internationally.

About the Role

You will help bring Grapple Law's story to a wider audience by creating social concepts, turning real client outcomes into shareable content and running paid and organic activity across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule and manage paid and organic social content
  • Produce content for LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
  • Turn client wins and legal stories into shareable content
  • Identify influencers and coordinate collaborations and sponsored posts
  • Find newsworthy angles in company data, settlements and user stories
  • Track coverage, reach, engagement and conversion
  • Report on performance and refine the social strategy

Qualifications

  • Two to three years of social media experience
  • Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of what makes content succeed on different platforms
  • Hands-on experience with social scheduling and analytics tools
  • Comfortable using AI tools day to day
  • Legal, professional-services, mission-driven or B2C experience is useful but not required
