About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, confident and social-media-savvy Content Creator to join our team and become the face behind our online content.

This is a hands-on, in-store role where you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, entertaining and shareable content directly from our store. You’ll capture the atmosphere, products, customers and latest trends and turn them into content that gets people talking, sharing and visiting our store.

If you’re constantly thinking about the next TikTok, Instagram Reel or viral idea, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • 🎥 Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories and other social content from inside the store.
  • 📱 Film and edit short-form videos designed to maximise views, engagement and shares.
  • 🔥 Identify trends, viral formats, sounds and ideas and adapt them to our brand.
  • 🛍️ Create exciting content around new products, launches, promotions and upcoming releases.
  • 👥 Capture authentic content featuring customers, the store environment and day-to-day activity.
  • 🎤 Confidently approach customers and team members to create fun, natural and engaging content.
  • 💡 Come up with creative ideas for campaigns, challenges, product videos and viral content.
  • 📈 Monitor content performance and use insights to understand what is working and improve future content.
  • 🤳 Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and platform changes.
  • ✂️ Edit videos to a high standard, including captions, transitions, music, hooks and other engaging elements.
  • 📅 Help plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
