We’re Vilgain!
Fast-growing food, nutrition and wellness brand built around clean ingredients, honest products and better everyday food choices.
Our focus is simple: clean ingredients, honest products and better everyday food choices. No fake wellness claims, no fear-mongering, no boring brand talk. Just real food, clear information and products people can trust.
Now we’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help us build Vilgain’s UK voice across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
Someone who loves food culture, understands nutrition and knows how to turn everyday topics into content people actually want to watch, save and share.
What will be your mission?
- Create social-first content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
- Turn food, wellness, lifestyle, grocery and product topics into engaging short-form videos.
- Spot UK and global trends, viral products, creator formats and turn them into relevant Vilgain content.
- Create hooks, scripts, talking points and content angles that feel native to each platform and drive engagement.
- Support product launches, taste tests, ingredient education, recipes, myth-busting content and everyday brand storytelling.
- Take part in shoots, voiceovers and on-camera formats when needed.
- Make sure content is accurate, easy to understand and still entertaining.
- Track what performs well and use insights to improve future content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
