Job Purpose
The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for fuelling the growth of our social channels by defining and developing impactful and engaging social assets.
You will be responsible for exploring new channel and content opportunities as well as bringing our games to life across existing platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and IG.
You will collaborate closely with internal Brand and Community teams, as well as production teams and external studio partners, to create high-performing assets in support of our go-to-market plans.
The role sits in our Creative team but is also embedded within our Product Portfolio team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Showcase our games: Create and deliver engaging social content that highlights our games, builds excitement, and connects with our audiences
- Drive social media growth: Take ownership of growing our social media channels from a content perspective, identifying opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and community interaction
- Create new content opportunities: Proactively explore fresh ideas, formats, and trends to keep our owned social channels engaging, relevant, and innovative
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Creative Services, Brand, Community, and Influencer Relations teams to develop a cohesive content calendar that maximizes opportunities, resources, and team efforts
- Repurpose and optimize content: Identify opportunities to turn livestreams and existing content into engaging clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, and other social platforms
- Support wider content creation: Get hands-on with a variety of ad-hoc creative tasks, including voiceovers, game capture, social media assets, and other content projects

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- A strong understanding of gaming social media: You know what works across gaming communities and platforms, with a clear understanding of how to build engagement and grow audiences
- A passion for content creation: From TikTok to memes and emerging trends, you love all things social content and are always looking for creative ways to tap into what's current and relevant
- In-game capture experience using OBS or equivalent software. Unity and Unreal engine capture experience is a bonus
- A collaborative mindset: You thrive on working with others, bringing teams together, and creating opportunities to showcase our games and reach wider audiences
- A proactive and creative approach: You're full of ideas, happy to get hands-on, and able to spot opportunities to create content that resonates with our community
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a close team environment; in-person and remote
- Organized and detail-oriented
