Salary: £26,436 to £29,120 per annum, depending on experience. Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Based in Cannock with travel across our branches. Closing date 4 September 2026.

Love creating content that people actually want to watch?

Do you find yourself spotting trends before everyone else? Are you the person who's always thinking, "That would make a great Reel" or "We should film this"? Do you love creating content that tells a story, builds a community and genuinely connects with people?

If so, we'd love to hear from you.

As our business continues to grow, so does the importance of creating engaging, high quality content that reaches our audiences where they spend their time. Social media is no longer just a marketing channel. It is one of the first places people discover our brands, understand what we stand for and decide whether they want to work with, or buy from, us.

That's why we've created this new role.

By bringing content creation in house, we're investing in authentic, timely and creative storytelling across our estate agency, financial services and wider group brands. Whether you're filming a stunning property tour, capturing the energy of our branches, showcasing our mortgage and financial experts, or celebrating the people behind our business, you'll create content that reflects who we are and why customers choose us.

Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to shape the voice of our brands across social media. You'll create content that increases brand awareness, grows our audiences, supports recruitment and commercial objectives, and keeps our channels fresh, engaging and relevant.

This is more than a social media role. It's an opportunity to influence how thousands of people experience our brands every day. You'll have the freedom to experiment, spot emerging trends, bring new ideas to life and see the direct impact your creativity has on the continued growth of the Orange Avenue Group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
