WE’RE HIRING! Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy person to join the Easigrass team and help take our content and creative output to the next level.
This isn’t just a graphic design role, and it isn’t just about posting the occasional installation photo. We want someone who genuinely gets social media. Someone who knows what’s trending, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn what we do every day into engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Social Media & Content
- Creating and editing Reels, TikToks, Stories, videos, and still content
- Visiting our installations to capture before, during, and after content
- Creating satisfying/ASMR style installation videos
- Spotting and adapting current social trends for the Easigrass brand
- Coming up with fresh content ideas
- Managing and scheduling content consistently across all our social platforms
- Photography and video editing

Graphic Design & Print
- Designing brochures, catalogues, adverts, social graphics, signage, and other marketing materials
- Creating artwork for both digital and professional print
- Taking designs from initial concept through to final print-ready artwork
- A good understanding of print production, including bleed, crop/trim marks, CMYK, resolution, dielines/cut lines, and printer specifications
- Experience liaising with printers and external suppliers, supplying artwork correctly, and checking proofs before production
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
We're looking for someone who:
- Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social trends
- Is confident filming, photographing, and editing content
- Has strong graphic design skills across digital and print
- Understands how to correctly prepare professional artwork for print
- Is creative, proactive, and full of ideas
- Is comfortable getting out on site and working with our teams to capture content
- Can take ownership of projects and our day-to-day social content

📍Location: Chobham Head Office & Putney London Office, with regular travel to installation sites for content creation
This is a hands-on creative role with the opportunity to have a real influence over the social presence, content, and creative direction of an established, award-winning British brand.
