The short version

Most content jobs mean making the same video for the same brand forever. This one doesn't.

You'll be employed by i-Clarity as the in-house content creator working across our full business portfolio.

Monday you might be shooting a product demo for an AI product. Wednesday you're in a clinic filming patient-story content. Friday you're cutting short-form for LinkedIn and building next month's calendar.

If you get bored easily, this is the cure.

What you'll actually do

  • Shoot and edit video — product demos, brand films, talking heads, behind-the-scenes, short-form social (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn video)
  • Own the social channels — planning, posting, community management and reporting across multiple brands, each with its own voice and audience
  • Run batch shoot days — plan them, shoot them, turn one day of filming into a month of content
  • Build the machine — content calendars, asset libraries, repeatable formats that get smarter every month
  • Report on what works — you'll have real audiences across B2B and consumer, which means real data and fast feedback

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you bring

  • A showreel that does the talking — we care about your work, not your CV format
  • Confident end-to-end: camera, lighting, audio, edit (Premiere/DaVinci/CapCut — your choice, results matter)
  • You understand platforms, not just cameras — what stops the scroll on TikTok isn't what performs on LinkedIn, and you know why
  • Self-starter who can run a shoot solo — brief to final cut without hand-holding
  • Full UK driving licence — you'll move between sites across Lancashire
  • Bonus points: motion graphics, photography, paid social experience, or you've grown an account of your own
