Join Integrate Hope as a Social Media & Content Creator

Help bring our impact to life. You’ll create engaging content that shares our work with young people, women, families and communities, grows our online presence and helps our stories reach the people who need to see them.

What difference will you make?

Integrate Hope is a growing community interest company delivering programmes that create opportunities, build confidence and strengthen communities.

Our work is growing, but we need support to make sure the impact happening within our projects is also visible outside of them.

A Social Media & Content Creator will help us tell our story more consistently and professionally, giving the people and communities we work with a stronger platform while helping more people discover the support and opportunities available through Integrate Hope.

Your contribution will help us showcase real outcomes, participant journeys, community engagement and partnerships rather than allowing valuable work to go unseen.

A stronger digital presence will also help us build credibility with funders, businesses, potential partners and other organisations. This is particularly important as we develop new partnerships and seek funding and social value opportunities that can help us sustain and expand our programmes.

Ultimately, your creativity will help us reach more people, demonstrate our impact and build a stronger identity for Integrate Hope.

For a small and developing organisation, having someone dedicated to helping us communicate our work can make a significant difference. You’ll have the opportunity to see your ideas put into practice and help shape how Integrate Hope presents itself as we continue to grow.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone creative, reliable and enthusiastic who can help us bring the Integrate Hope story to life online.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll ideally have experience in social media, content creation, marketing, communications or digital storytelling. This could come from professional experience, freelancing, volunteering, education or managing content for your own projects.

We’d particularly value someone who:

  • Has a good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn and what makes content engaging on each platform
  • Can create attractive, professional graphics and social content using Canva or similar tools
  • Has strong written communication skills and can turn information into clear, engaging posts
  • Has an eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
  • Can create or edit short-form video content such as Reels
  • Is comfortable working independently, taking an idea and developing it into finished content
  • Can plan ahead and contribute ideas for a consistent content calendar
  • Understands the importance of sensitivity, dignity and confidentiality when sharing community stories
  • Is interested in social impact and the work of community organisations

Experience within the charity, CIC or community sector would be helpful but is not essential.

We don’t expect one person to be an expert in everything. The most important qualities are creativity, reliability, good communication and a genuine interest in using your skills for positive social impact.

We’re also keen for the volunteer to bring their own ideas. Integrate Hope is developing and growing, so this is an opportunity for someone who wants to contribute creatively rather than simply being given a list of posts to produce.

Working alongside our Founder and team, you’ll help turn our projects, activities, achievements and community stories into engaging digital content across platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram.

The role could include:

  • Creating engaging social media posts, graphics, carousels and short-form content
  • Helping plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
  • Turning project updates, photographs, testimonials and outcomes into compelling stories
  • Creating content that showcases our impact with young people, women, families and diverse communities
  • Supporting campaigns around our programmes, events, partnerships and volunteering opportunities
  • Helping us celebrate successes, participant journeys and community voices
  • Creating professional content that appeals to potential funders, corporate partners and community organisations
  • Suggesting new content ideas and ways to increase engagement and reach
  • Helping ensure our tone, messaging and visual identity remain consistent across our platforms
  • Where appropriate, supporting short-form video/Reels and simple content editing

You don’t need to be an expert in everything. We’re particularly interested in someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content and can take an idea or piece of information and turn it into something people want to engage with.

We welcome someone who can bring their own creativity and ideas to the role. Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar content creation platforms would be useful.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who connects with our purpose and wants to use their creative skills to help a growing community organisation increase its reach and impact.
