Hours: Flexible
Pay: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and location
Location: full remote with London office available
Current team: 2 devs, 1 marketing manager, 1 customer success manager, 1 tech support / ops, 1 lawyer
We are looking for a creative communicator to get Grapple's story out into the world across social media.
You will craft concepts that win coverage, and build and run social content that grows our audience.
About Grapple Law
Grapple Law is the AI lawyer for the average person getting beaten by the system, never for businesses.
Since launch in September 2025, we have 6,000 monthly active users and we’ve secured around £1.5M in successful settlements negotiated for clients entirely by our AI, with no human lawyers.

The team is growing and currently includes the CEO, 2 developers, 1 tech support, 1 content, 1 client success, and a marketing manager.

What You'll Be Doing
- Create, schedule and manage paid and organic content across platforms (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram and others)
- Turn real client wins and legal stories into shareable content
- Identify and liaise with influencers across collaborations and sponsored posts
- Spot newsworthy angles in our data, settlements and user stories
- Track coverage, reach, engagement and conversion
- Report on results and refine strategy

What We're Looking For
- 2 to 3 years in social media
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and what makes content succeed on each.
- Hands-on with social scheduling and analytics tools, and comfortable using AI tools day to day
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal or professional services
- Experience in mission-driven sectors
- B2C experience
