We’re hiring a full-time Content Creator to help us build the #1 triathlon training app 🚀

You might have spent years running social at a great brand, built your own following from scratch, or studied film at university. What we care about is whether you’re exceptionally good at creating content people want to watch, read and share.

The role

You will be a full-stack content creator: you should be comfortable taking an idea all the way from concept to published piece: writing, planning, shooting, editing and posting.

Over time you will fully own Stamina’s social media channels, working closely & alongside the founders. If you’re an endurance athlete and love telling stories, this could just be your dream role.

What we’re looking for

In particular, we value:

  • Great storytelling: a great story eats a great edit for breakfast. To do well in this role you must be able to tell stories in a creative, entertaining way.
  • Taste and an eye for what's good: you're cracked at creating content. You know the difference between content that's fine and content that works, and you can articulate why.
  • An instinct for virality: you can tell why a piece of content went viral, not vaguely ("it was relatable") but specifically (the hook, the pacing, the emotion it triggered, why it got shared). Ideally you've made viral content yourself and can walk us through exactly why it worked.
  • Exceptional execution: you turn ideas into great content quickly, juggling shoots, edits, creator briefs, and publishing without letting anything fall through the cracks.
  • Obsessive attention to detail: you notice the things most people miss and care about the tiny details that separate good content from great content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
