Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Client Account Executive

Company: Digital Playmakers (digitalplaymakers.co.uk)

Brand Focus: B2B Client Accounts & B2C Brand (serveanddisturb.com)

Location: Preferably Hybrid (Chichester, West Sussex) / Remote / UK-based

Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role

Digital Playmakers is seeking a talented Social Media Content Creator & Client Account Executive to combine creative production with light client relationship management across our agency retainers and our B2C padel brand, Serve & Disturb.

In this role, you will work directly off briefs set by Senior Management to produce high-impact social video, motion graphics, and digital assets. Additionally, you will serve as a friendly, day-to-day point of contact for clients—maintaining warm relationships, sending over deliverables, and keeping communications smooth, while leaving strategy, campaign briefing, and financial discussions to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Motion Graphics (Primary Focus)

  • Short-Form Video & Motion: Edit fast-paced vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and create dynamic motion graphics, lower thirds, and kinetic typography using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Graphic & Vector Asset Design: Design social graphics, ad assets, and custom vector elements using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • B2C Brand Production (Serve & Disturb): Produce high-energy product, lifestyle, and sports culture content for our padel brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
