About Us
The company bridges the worlds of high-quality construction, professional tools, and stunning interior design. We are looking for a creative storyteller to take ownership of our digital brand, taking our audience behind the scenes on work sites and showcasing our finished designs.
The Role
We are seeking an all-in-one visual creator who can conceptualise, shoot, edit, and post engaging content. You will be responsible for turning raw footage of construction phases and interior layouts into high-performing short-form video while writing compelling copy to match.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production & Editing: Script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) highlighting our interior projects, tool demonstrations, and construction transformations.
- Content Creation & Design: Design clean, modern social posts, stories, and carousels using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva.
- Social Management & Posting: Maintain an active, visually cohesive feed across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, keeping pace with relevant industry trends.
- Copywriting: Write clear, engaging captions, product descriptions, and basic promotional text with a strong understanding of content copyright boundaries.
- On-Site Capturing: Regularly visit active construction sites and completed interior design spaces to document projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
