- Film high quality property tours, agent led walkthroughs, neighbourhood features, thought leadership and behind the scenes content
- Edit engaging short form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other relevant channels, adapting aspect ratios, captions, hooks and pacing for each platform
- Create complementary photography, graphics, copy and stories that reflect the brand's tone of voice and visual identity
- Direct colleagues and contributors on camera, helping them deliver confident, natural and informative performances
- Manage day to day publishing, scheduling and community engagement across social media channels

- Maintain an organised library of footage and creative assets, with appropriate permissions and usage records
- Work closely with sales, lettings, property management and leadership colleagues to deliver accurate, compliant and timely content
- Support occasional events, paid campaigns and wider marketing projects as required

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
