About Creative Hospitality Group

Creative Hospitality Group is an independent Welsh hospitality company creating some of South Wales’ most exciting places to eat, drink, meet and celebrate. Since opening our first venue in 2010, we have grown a diverse portfolio of distinctive brands across Swansea and Cardiff, including BrewStone, Bambu, Peppermint, Frango, Bella and Swansea Bay Pop Up.

We are fast-paced, ambitious and always looking for the next idea. Our venues move from coffee and brunch to cocktails, live music, big events and late-night experiences, which means no two days, or content shoots, are the same. We are proud to be a growing, forward-thinking company where creative people can make a visible impact, build their skills and help shape brands that thousands of customers experience every week.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be where the action is, not someone who wants to create content entirely from behind a desk. You will be physically present across our venues and at events, capturing the energy, people, food, drinks and moments that make each brand worth following.

You will plan, shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content, manage social media platforms across all CHG brands, and turn live venue activity into relevant, engaging and commercially effective posts. From a new menu launch to our busy beaujolais day, you will know how to spot the story, capture it quickly and bring it to life online.

The role combines creativity with organisation and commercial awareness. You will be trusted to manage multiple brand personalities, stay ahead of trends, engage our communities and use performance data to improve what we do. It is ideal for someone who is proactive, social-first, comfortable working at pace and excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a developing hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Campaigns

  • Plan and maintain clear, venue-specific content calendars aligned with wider campaigns, events, launches and commercial priorities.
  • Develop platform-appropriate content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Keep content organised, scheduled and consistently at least one week ahead, while remaining flexible enough to react to live opportunities and trends.
  • Ensure every piece of content reflects the correct brand voice, visual identity and customer audience.

On-Site Content Capture & Editing

  • Attend CHG venues, events, activations, launches and key trading moments to capture content in person.
  • Shoot high-quality photography and video, with a strong focus on short-form vertical content, Reels, TikToks, Stories and behind-the-scenes material.
  • Edit content quickly and confidently using appropriate mobile and desktop tools, adding captions, audio, graphics and platform-native features.
  • Build and maintain an organised bank of evergreen and campaign-specific content for every brand.
  • Be available for occasional evening and weekend content capture when events and venue activity require it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
