Social Media & Content Executive πŸ“±

πŸ“ Based in Stevenage | Hybrid, 2 days in the office

We're looking for a creative mind who can make travel content go viral. We're P&P Group, and we need a social media specialist to build the presence across two of our travel brands. Someone with ideas, not just skills.

The Internet Traveller

An established brand, built on longhaul and multi-centre holidays. Bucket list trips, once in a lifetime destinations, and a back catalogue of content waiting to be made.

Bag a Break

A blank canvas. It's our brand new holiday prize competition platform, where people can win incredible holidays for the price of a coffee. Social sits right at the heart of how it works, and you'd be building it from the very first post.

You'll own social across both.

What you'll be doing 🎬

  • Coming up with the ideas. We've got great stories, happy customers and genuine wins. What we need is someone who can spot them and knows exactly how to tell them.
  • Creating content that performs. Video, graphics, edits, carousels. You'll be the one making it, not briefing someone else to.
  • Turning success into stories. Winner reactions, customer feedback, awards, milestones. Knowing when to go big and loud, and when a quiet, well-shot moment lands harder.
  • Growing our following and engagement across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Building community. Comments, DMs, knowing the regulars by name.
  • Understanding why things work. Following algorithm changes properly, testing deliberately, and being able to explain why one video did 400 views and the next did 400,000.
  • Supporting our wider marketing where it makes sense, mainly email campaigns across both brands, plus helping shape how the brands look and sound as they grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β€” and where to focus when applying.

Who you'll work with 🀝

You'll work directly with our Managing Director and Marketing Director on both brands. That means your ideas get heard and decisions get made in days rather than months. It also means proper mentorship and real exposure to how a growing travel business is run.

How we work πŸ€–

We're an AI first business, and nowhere more so than in marketing. If you're already building AI into how you work, you'll fit right in. If you're curious but not there yet, we'll help you get there.

What we're looking for πŸ‘€

  • Genuine creative instinct. You can look at something ordinary, a five star review, a returning customer, a last minute deal, and see the story in it.
  • A social media obsessive. You know why a video worked before anyone explains it to you, you have opinions about the algorithm, and you almost certainly run an account of your own.
  • Someone who can actually make things. Filming and editing video is essential. Comfortable in CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or whatever your software of choice is.
  • Comfortable on camera, or ready to get comfortable quickly.
  • Recent graduate or early in your career. We're not expecting years of experience.
  • A real interest in travel.
