About Us
We’re a fast-growing FMCG importer and distributor supplying trending drinks, snacks, confectionery and convenience products to thousands of retailers across the UK. From viral Japanese snacks and American candy to exclusive imported drinks, we bring exciting products to market and are looking for a creative Social Media & Content Executive to help tell that story.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to build and grow our TikTok and Instagram presence from the ground up. You’ll have the freedom to help shape our social media strategy, create engaging content, experiment with new ideas and build an audience around exciting products that people genuinely want to discover. This isn’t a role where you’ll spend all day scheduling posts. You’ll be filming, editing, creating, testing and learning while producing content that gets people talking.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and grow our TikTok and Instagram presence from scratch
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and emerging social platforms
- Film and edit product videos, taste tests, product launches and behind-the-scenes content
- Create short-form video content, including TikTok videos and Instagram Reels
- Spot social media trends early and react quickly with relevant, engaging content
- Manage content calendars and social media channels
- Plan and organise multiple pieces of content and campaigns at the same time
- Engage with followers through comments, messages and community interactions
- Support influencer and creator collaborations
- Monitor social media performance and create weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth and video performance
- Use performance insights to improve content and drive audience growth
- Use social media activity to support website traffic, brand awareness, engagement and sales
- Take ownership of social media channels and recommend new ideas to improve performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
