As the brand continues to grow, they are seeking a creative and commercially minded Social Media & Content Executive to help elevate their digital presence, drive engagement and bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.
Your New Role
As Social Media & Content Executive, you will take ownership of the organic content strategy and social media calendar across key channels including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, email and website content.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, delivering engaging campaigns and growing the brand's online community. You will lead content planning and execution for product launches, seasonal campaigns and key trading periods while ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
You will also manage influencer and creator partnerships, develop brand collaborations, support PR activity and assist with creative photoshoots. This is a highly varied role offering exposure across social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Owning and delivering the content calendar across social and digital channels
- Planning, creating and publishing engaging organic content
- Leading campaign content delivery from concept through to launch
- Managing influencer outreach, gifting programmes and paid collaborations
- Identifying brand partnership opportunities and collaborative campaigns
- Monitoring performance metrics and optimising content based on insights
- Supporting PR initiatives and relationship building with media contacts
- Assisting with campaign, lifestyle and product photoshoots
- Keeping up to date with social, fashion, lifestyle and consumer trends
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3-5 years' experience in content marketing, social media or brand marketing
- Experience within a consumer-focused brand, ideally e-commerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, jewellery or retail
- A strong understanding of organic social media strategy and content creation
- Experience managing influencer, creator or partnership campaigns
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with wider marketing teams
- Confidence briefing internal stakeholders, creators and external partners
- Experience using social media scheduling tools and content creation platforms such as Canva
- A passion for storytelling, brand building and creating engaging digital experiences
