Social Media & Content Executive

📍 Leeds City Centre

💰 £28,000–£32,000 + Commission

⏰ Full-Time | 8:00am–4:00pm | Hybrid Working Available

We're looking for a creative, ambitious Social Media & Content Executive to join our growing team.

You'll work across multiple exciting brands, creating content that doesn't just look good, it drives engagement, leads, and sales. If you love social media, enjoy being behind (and in front of) the camera, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll play a key role in planning, creating, and managing content across a variety of clients and industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing social media across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Planning, filming, and editing engaging short-form and long-form video content
  • Writing compelling social media copy
  • Confidently presenting and creating content on camera
  • Designing static graphics and campaign assets (Canva or Adobe)
  • Liaising directly with clients and managing relationships
  • Managing online communities and creator/UGC collaborations
  • Researching trends and developing social media strategies
  • Monitoring analytics and using performance data to improve results
  • Using AI tools to streamline content creation and workflows (desirable)

About You

We're looking for someone with 1–2 years' experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, or someone with a standout portfolio that demonstrates exceptional ability.

You'll have:

  • Excellent video filming and editing skills
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Outstanding written English and copywriting skills
  • Experience planning content and social strategies
  • Confidence speaking and presenting on camera
  • Good understanding of social analytics and performance reporting
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for social media and digital trends

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Own laptop
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional international travel

A degree isn't essential. We care far more about your portfolio, creativity, and ability to produce exceptional content.
